Quantum Scholars are working with a secondary school in Berkshire who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Manager to start ASAP. This is a full-time, permanent role (7:00am – 3:15pm Monday – Friday, term time only + inset days).

Key Responsibilities:

Organise and manage daily staff cover (teaching and non-teaching)

Deliver lessons using pre-prepared materials to full classes

Maintain a positive, productive classroom environment

Support continuity of learning by liaising with returning staff

- Adaptability, resilience and the ability to think on your feet are essential in this varied and evolving role, as will an ability to communicate effectively.
