We are committed to providing schools with reliable, skilled educators who meet the high standards expected within the classroom, while also supporting children and young people who require personalised education outside mainstream settings through SEND tuition and Alternative Provision support.
History of Quantum Scholars
Quantum Scholars was established in 2017 after supporting the Department for Education’s international STEM teacher recruitment programme. Following the success of the initiative, Quantum Scholars became part of a national framework helping schools across England recruit high-quality international teaching professionals.
Since then, the organisation has continued to evolve, expanding its education recruitment services across primary, secondary and SEND settings while supporting schools with both UK-based and international candidates.
Alongside teacher recruitment, Quantum Scholars has developed a growing focus on SEND tuition and Alternative Provision support. We now work with local authorities, schools and specialist settings across England to provide personalised educational support for children and young people who are unable to access mainstream education in the usual way.
Quantum Scholars is also an approved Alternative Provision provider for a number of local authorities, supporting vulnerable learners through structured one-to-one and small group tuition.
