SEND Tutors Needed ASAP – Hillingdon

Please note: This is a face-to-face role only. Applications will only be considered from candidates who are able to attend tuition sessions in person during school hours.

About the Role
Quantum Scholars are currently seeking experienced SEND Tutors to provide 1:1, in-person tuition for pupils receiving Education Otherwise Than at School (EOTAS) provision in Hillingdon.

As part of Hillingdon Council’s alternative provision network, Quantum Scholars supports pupils who are currently outside of mainstream education. Many of the young people we work with have additional needs such as SEND, ADHD, autism, SEMH, behavioural challenges, or medical needs, and require personalised, consistent support to re-engage with learning.

This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a genuine impact by helping pupils rebuild confidence, develop key skills, and progress on their educational journey. Sessions typically take place in the pupil’s home or a suitable community setting, and tutors are responsible for planning and delivering tailored lessons and resources.
