SEN Teaching Assistant – Full-Time

Quantum Scholars are working in partnership with a supportive SEN school in Surrey who are seeking a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:

Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in both classroom and one-to-one settings.

Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and tailored learning strategies.

Work closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to ensure students’ academic and emotional needs are met.

Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred).

A calm, patient and empathetic approach to supporting students.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
-
A genuine passion for supporting the development and well-being of young people.

Must have the right to work in the UK – sponsorship not available.
