Quantum Scholars are currently working with a secondary school based in Surrey seeking a Science Teacher to join them from September 2025. This role is a long-term supply contract lasting a minimum of one academic term, with strong potential for extension beyond this period.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Science lessons, supporting student progress, and contributing positively to the school community.
The school hiring are based in the home county of Surrey. It is a highly succesful school that provides a happy and caring environment to all their staff and students. They’re rated as an “Outstanding” school overall by Ofsted.
Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

Support student progress and attainment

Create engaging and inclusive learning environments

Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to school development and student wellbeing
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience teaching Science at secondary level

Strong subject knowledge and ability to engage students of varying abilities

Right to work in the UK (essential)
