Secondary Science Teacher – September 2026 Start
High Wycombe Area | Strong Performing School | Permanent Role

Quantum Scholars are working with a high-performing secondary school near High Wycombe who are seeking to appoint a Secondary Science Teacher for a September 2026 start. This is a full-time permanent position.

The successful candidate will teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, specialising in Physics, Chemistry, or Biology depending on their subject expertise.

The school is looking for a teacher who:

  • Has a strong subject specialism in Physics, Chemistry, or Biology

  • Can deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across KS3 and KS4

  • Has high expectations for pupil progress and behaviour

  • Is keen to contribute to a supportive and collaborative Science department

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification

  • Experience teaching Science at secondary level (KS3 and KS4)

  • A subject specialism in Physics, Chemistry, or Biology

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Right to work in the UK
