Quantum Scholars are proud to be working with a dynamic secondary school based in London that is seeking a passionate and dedicated Religious Education (RE) Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a full time, permanent role.

About the Role:

As an RE Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons that inspire students to explore and reflect on religious, ethical, and philosophical issues. You’ll be part of a supportive department committed to high standards and student success.

The school hiring is located in London. It caters students aged 11-18 years old. It is also rated as a “Good” overall performing school. It is a caring and inclusive school.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality RE lessons in line with the national curriculum

  • Create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment

  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback

  • Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and parent evenings

  • Promote a respectful and open-minded classroom culture

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching Religious Education at secondary level

  • Excellent subject knowledge and passion for RE

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

  • Commitment to the school’s values and ethos
