We’re delighted to be working with a fantastic secondary school located in the beautiful county of Oxfordshire, who are seeking a qualified and passionate Psychology Teacher to join their dedicated team from January 2026.
This is a long-term position, running from January through to August 2026, with both full-time and part-time options available. The role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire and engage students within a supportive and well-resourced school environment.

What we’re looking for:

A qualified Psychology Teacher (QTS or equivalent)

Someone enthusiastic and dedicated to inspiring young minds
- Previous experience teaching Psychology across KS3. KS4 and potentially KS5

A teacher with strong classroom management and a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning

Must have the Right to Work in the UK
Responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering engaging and thought-provoking Psychology lessons

Assessing, tracking, and supporting student progress across KS4 and KS5

Contributing to the wider life of the school and departmental development

Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive learning environment
