Science and Maths Tutor (Chemistry / Physics / Maths) – Independent School, Central London (September 2026)
We are pleased to be partnering with a prestigious independent school in Central London, to appoint a full-time or part-time Science and Maths Tutor for a September 2026 start.
For the right candidate, part-time hours (three days per week) may also be considered.

The role would suit an experienced tutor or educator who enjoys working closely with pupils and making a meaningful contribution to their development.
The Role

One-to-one tuition and small group teaching in Chemistry, Physics and/or Maths

Supporting secondary-aged students within the school setting (GCSE and up to A-Level)

Working collaboratively with teaching staff to complement the wider curriculum

Delivering tailored, high-quality academic support
The Ideal Candidate

Holds a strong, relevant degree in Chemistry, Physics and/or Maths

QTS is not essential, but excellent subject knowledge is required

Previous teaching or tutoring experience in a independent school is highly desirable

Professional, engaging, and confident when working with academically driven students
