Quantum Scholars are currently seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join a range of secondary schools in the Surrey area starting October 2025.
This flexible role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, supporting students across different schools. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is passionate about helping students reach their full potential.
As a Learning Support Assistant with Quantum Scholars, you will:

Bring experience working with children-this could include coaching, volunteering, mentoring, tutoring, or similar roles

Provide support to students with a range of needs, both in and out of the classroom

Build positive relationships with students to help them engage and succeed

Work closely with teachers and other support staff to implement learning strategies

Follow school policies on safeguarding, health and safety, confidentiality, and data protection, promptly reporting any concerns to the appropriate staff member
