Role Overview:
As a Geography Teacher, you will:

Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 depending on experience.

Foster a passion for Geography and an inquisitive attitude toward the world in your students.

Use a variety of teaching strategies to support student learning and differentiation.

Assess students effectively and track progress using school systems.
-
Take part in enrichment activities, school trips, and geography-related extracurriculars.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum resources and share best practices.
Requirements:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent internationally recognised teaching qualification.

A degree in Geography or a closely related subject is essential.

Demonstrable experience teaching Geography in a UK secondary school (ECTs with strong placement feedback will be considered).

Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.

Passion for subject knowledge and an enthusiasm for delivering the Geography curriculum in creative and engaging ways.
