Quantum Scholars are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors for Maths in the Berkshire area to support the secondary schools we work with in this area. If you have an interest in securing a role in secondary education then this could be the role for you!

A cover supervisor role with us will offer you the opportunity to work flexibly, gain experience working with a range of schools and the opportunity to build your behaviour management skills and confidence in leading a classroom.

About the Role:

  • Providing general cover across a variety of subjects in secondary schools.
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring a positive learning environment.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining school policies.
  • Supporting students’ learning and progress during staff absences.
  • Building strong relationships with schools and students.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience teaching in a secondary school setting is desirable.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different environments.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a positive approach to teaching.
  • A passion for education and helping students achieve their full potential.
  • Right to work in the UK is essential.
  • Must be available to start in September 2025!
