Computer Science Tutor – Independent School, Kensington (September 2026)
We are delighted to be working with a high-profile independent school in Kensington, Central London, to recruit a full-time Computer Science Tutor for a September 2026 start. For the right candidate, part-time work (three days per week) will also be considered.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a high-achieving academic environment, supporting secondary-aged students who are highly motivated, focused, and committed to their academic development. The role is well suited to an educator who enjoys delivering high-quality, targeted Computer Science tuition and making a meaningful impact on student outcomes.
The Role

Providing Computer Science tuition at secondary level, including GCSE and potentially A Level

Delivering one-to-one tuition and small group sessions within the school

Supporting students through tailored academic guidance and enrichment

Working collaboratively with colleagues to support the wider curriculum
The Ideal Candidate

Holds a strong and relevant degree in Computer Science or a closely related subject

QTS is not essential, but strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach confidently at secondary level are essential

Experience teaching in a private or independent school setting would be an advantage

Professional, engaging, and confident in working with academically ambitious students
