Key Responsibilities

Teach Business Studies across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 (GCSE and A-Level or equivalent vocational qualifications)

Deliver engaging, real-world focused lessons that develop commercial awareness, economic understanding, and analytical thinking

Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment within the Business and Economics faculty

Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support and meaningful feedback
-
Inspire and challenge students to achieve their potential and develop confidence in the subject

Participate in school events, open evenings, and extra-curricular activities such as enterprise clubs or competitions

Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for all learners
Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

A degree in Business, Economics, or a related subject

Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Business education

Proven ability to teach Business at KS4 and ideally KS5

Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills

A team player with a commitment to continuous improvement
