Secondary Tutor – Hillingdon (1:1, in-person tuition)
Quantum Scholars is currently looking for experienced tutors and qualified teachers to provide 1:1, in-person tuition for secondary-aged pupils receiving Education Otherwise Than at School (EOTAS) provision across Hillingdon.
As a trusted provider within Hillingdon Council’s alternative provision network, Quantum Scholars supports pupils who are currently outside of mainstream education. Many of the young people we work with have additional needs, including SEND, ADHD, autism, SEMH, behavioural challenges, or medical needs, and benefit from personalised support to help them re-engage with learning.
This is a highly rewarding opportunity to work closely with individual secondary-aged pupils, delivering tailored tuition that helps rebuild confidence, strengthen core academic skills, and support their transition back into education. Sessions usually take place in the pupil’s home or in an appropriate community setting. Tutors will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, as well as preparing resources that reflect each pupil’s individual learning needs.
