A secondary school in Bedford is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and creative Drama Teacher for a long-term position, starting as soon as possible and continuing for up to one year.

The Role

  • Teaching Drama across Key Stages 3 and 4

  • Planning and delivering engaging practical and theory-based lessons

  • Inspiring creativity, confidence, and performance skills

  • Preparing students for assessments and school performances

  • Upholding high standards of behaviour and engagement

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

  • Have proven UK secondary teaching experience

  • Demonstrate experience teaching Drama at KS3 and KS4

  • Be confident leading practical lessons and productions

  • Bring energy, creativity, and strong classroom management skills

Essential Requirements:

  • Right to Work in the UK

  • UK teaching experience
