We are working with a well-regarded secondary school in Surrey who are currently seeking a Teacher of Business to cover a period of unplanned staff absence. This role is required for an initial six-week period, with the potential for the assignment to be extended depending on the staff member’s return to work and the ongoing needs of the school.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Business Studies across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5, planning and delivering engaging lessons that support students in achieving strong academic outcomes. The school is looking for a committed and adaptable teacher who can quickly integrate into an established department and maintain continuity for students during this period.
The timetable includes a mix of teaching and non-teaching periods. On days where the teaching timetable is lighter, the teacher may be asked to provide general cover in other areas of the school. Full-time availability is preferred, however the school is also open to considering part-time candidates who can offer flexibility and relevant experience.
