Quantum Scholars is an established provider delivering high-quality tuition and alternative provision staff through fully vetted, suitably qualified tutors, including QTS teachers and specialist non-QTS staff.

We operate robust safeguarding, compliance and quality-assurance processes led by an experienced team, and we work with schools and caseworkers to tailor our work to the individual needs of each learner to support academic progress, reintegration, and improved engagement.

Our flexible delivery model allows us to work in schools, community venues or agreed specialist settings, ensuring safe, effective and outcome-driven support for children and young people across all key stages.

Supporting Alternative Provision and EOTAS Learners

Quantum Scholars has extensive experience supporting children and young people in Alternative Provision (AP), EOTAS programmes, and other non-mainstream pathways, where behavioural needs often reflect complex SEND, SEMH, trauma or disrupted education. Our bespoke approach is deliberately designed for these environments: flexible, relational, proactive and grounded in trauma-informed principles. We tailor expectations, strategies and interventions to each learner’s needs and context—whether sessions take place in the home, community, online or within AP settings—ensuring every CYP receives consistent, compassionate and effective support that removes barriers to engagement and promotes long-term reintegration and success.
