Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Specialism in Mathematics with strong subject knowledge

Experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS3-KS4; KS5 desirable)

Ability to deliver engaging, well-structured lessons

Strong classroom management and behaviour-for-learning skills

Commitment to supporting student progress and achievement

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to school life

Responsibilities

Teach Mathematics across the relevant key stages

Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners

Assess, track and report on student progress in line with school policies

Contribute to departmental planning, meetings and curriculum development
