This full-time, permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and passionate teacher to contribute to a supportive and well-resourced department. You’ll be teaching Psychology across Key Stages 4-5, with opportunities to develop your skills and grow as part of an experienced, collaborative team.
Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Psychology lessons across KS4-5

Inspire students to develop critical thinking and a passion for understanding human behaviour

Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and departmental initiatives

Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners

Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and support departmental goals
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Psychology

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

A genuine passion for inspiring and supporting students to reach their potential
