Science Teacher – ASAP Start
Location: Reading | Ofsted: Good | Contract: Temp (to Christmas, possible extension)
A highly regarded secondary school in the heart of Reading, rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, is seeking a motivated and skilled Science Teacher to join their dedicated team as soon as possible.
This is a temporary position initially running until Christmas, with the potential to be extended depending on the ongoing needs of the department due to long-term staff absence.
The Role:

Teaching Science across Key Stages 3 & 4

Full-time, Monday to Friday

Delivering high-quality lessons in a well-equipped and collaborative department

Contributing to a culture of high standards and student success
The Ideal Candidate:

Holds QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)

Has experience teaching Science in UK secondary schools

Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and classroom management skills

Must have the automatic right to work in the UK
