Learning Support Assistants – Slough, Berkshire | Start Date: ASAP
Quantum Scholars are working with a number of mainstream secondary schools across Slough, Berkshire, who are looking to appoint dedicated Learning Support Assistants starting ASAP.
Whether you’re experienced in education or looking to begin a fulfilling new role supporting young people, we would love to hear from you!
About the Role:

Supporting students with a range of learning needs, both in the classroom and through targeted interventions

Working closely with teachers to help deliver differentiated and accessible learning

Assisting with academic, social, and emotional development

Providing 1:1 or small group support where required
What We’re Looking For:

A genuine passion for supporting students’ learning and well-being

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships

Previous experience is welcome but not essential – training and guidance will be provided
