Quantum Scholars are proud to be working with a number of SEN schools across Surrey, who are seeking passionate and skilled SEN Teachers to join their teams from September 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced SEN practitioners and qualified teachers with a strong interest in special educational needs to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people who require additional support.
About the Role:

Delivering tailored and inclusive lessons to students with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs

Adapting the curriculum and using differentiated teaching strategies to meet individual learning profiles

Collaborating with support staff, therapists, and external agencies to provide holistic care and support

Monitoring progress, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to EHCP reviews and intervention planning
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

Proven experience teaching pupils with special educational needs, either in a specialist or mainstream setting

A strong understanding of individual learning needs, inclusive practice, and behaviour support strategies

Patience, resilience, and a genuine commitment to supporting every learner to reach their full potential
