We are seeking adaptable and enthusiastic Secondary Supply Teachers to join our team for the new academic year beginning September 2025. Opportunities are available across a range of secondary schools in Southampton and nearby areas, with high demand for subject specialists in Maths, Science, and English.


About the Role:

  • Teach your specialist subject or general cover in KS3 and KS4 settings

  • Choose from flexible day-to-day cover or longer-term placements

  • Work in supportive and welcoming schools across the Southampton area


Candidate Requirements:

  • Ideally a qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

  • Confident teaching in UK secondary school settings

  • Subject specialists in Maths, Science, and English particularly encouraged to apply

  • Must have the Right to Work in the UK

  • We are unable to consider candidates who require Skilled Worker visa sponsorship

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
