Role Responsibilities

  • Teach Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential opportunities to teach KS5

  • Plan, prepare and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum

  • Track and assess student progress to inform future planning

  • Contribute to departmental planning, assessment, and curriculum development

  • Take part in school-wide initiatives, pastoral care, and extracurricular activities

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be a qualified teacher

  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography

  • Proven experience teaching Geography in a secondary school setting (preferably UK curriculum)

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • A commitment to inspiring students and supporting a positive school culture

  • Must be available to start in September 2025
  • Must have a Right to Work in the UK!
